Title of Assignment: Services for identifying and onboarding textile factories for chemical management programs.
 Develop a technical presentation of specifying the approaches and their benefits for the factories jointly with project team.
 Explore and identify factories and provide the list of potential factories.
 Visit and provide initial orientation to the factories regarding project and technical interventions including defined approaches.
 Assist the project team in conducting the onboarding sessions with factories.
 Support the project team in finalizing the partnership with factories.

 Implementation of health, safety and environmental policies, procedures and guidelines.
 Hazard identification, risk management, waste minimization, pollution prevention and control, emergency response,
crisis management plans.
 Conducting and participating in internal and regulatory audits and inspections.
 Providing technical advice, data interpretation, and process improvement for projects.
 Planning and conducting safety audits of sites to identify and correct potential hazards.
 Coordinating with third party consultants to conduct IEE and EIA survey for the new project area.
 Ensure reduction in water and energy footprint through changes in processes and procedures.
 Implementing the framework on Environment, Health and Safety Management system.
 Designing and conducting trainings in collaboration with the Training Department for areas such as safety regulations,
environmental awareness, EHS procedures and the use of safety equipment.
 Establishing and monitoring the objectives, metrics, and targets with regulatory requirements.
 Conducting risk assessment and mitigation process across all sites and functions in Punjab province, reviewing the
suitability and effectiveness of implemented controls.
 Developing and implementing programs on risks for the sites relating to machinery, fire, ergonomics, noise, workplace
transport, environmental emissions, and waste management.
