 Handling Campaign management area to intimate corporate customers regarding different offers
 One point of contact/support from IT end to all other departments like Corporate, Commercial, Marketing, Credit and Control, Customer Service, International Business & Finance etc to share feasibility of solutions and to share better suggestions how to improve the products
 Operational Support of complete Billing process, starting from Mediation to Rating till Bill Printing including fetching and extraction
 Soul Point of contact for supporting billing team for routine issues for Bill Printing Servers [Installation, configuration, trouble shooting, performance analysis and LIVE bill printing operations management]
 Annual Taxation activity of generating annual tax reports for all end users
 To manage interconnect system by defining rules for identification of interconnect CDRs, defining dial codes and charging setups and suspense CDRs issues fix
 Train new resources to understand business and operational procedures

 Management of projects by coordinating with vendor and other teams so to ensure efficient solution and to achieve timelines.
 Provide business support to corporate and commercial teams by co-ordination with vendor to get their issues fixed & to develop feasible solutions by providing suggestion to improve their products as per system
 Launching new prepaid/postpaid packages, services suggested by Marketing and their configuration at VAS end, and in CRM and configuration/re-vamp of their rate plans in the billing system
 Support of complete Billing process, starting from Mediation to Rating till Bill Printing including fetching and extraction to Operations team
 Implementation and User Acceptance Test of Billing, Rating, Price Plan, Bug fixes and new releases
 New mediation setups at node level and to define their filtration setups
 Definition of new rules for blocking and unblocking Subscribers
 Roaming tariffs/setups development and any new change in Roaming system, management of TAPIN TAPOUT files so to approve by EDCH within approved timelines
