Soul Point of contact for supporting billing team for routine issues for Bill Printing Servers [Installation, configuration, trouble shooting, performance analysis and LIVE bill printing operations management]
Annual Taxation activity of generating annual tax reports for all end users
To manage interconnect system by defining rules for identification of interconnect CDRs, defining dial codes and charging setups and suspense CDRs issues fix
Train new resources to understand business and operational procedures
Management of projects by coordinating with vendor and other teams so to ensure efficient solution and to achieve timelines.
Provide business support to corporate and commercial teams by co-ordination with vendor to get their issues fixed & to develop feasible solutions by providing suggestion to improve their products as per system
Launching new prepaid/postpaid packages, services suggested by Marketing and their configuration at VAS end, and in CRM and configuration/re-vamp of their rate plans in the billing system
