Field Sales Executive
• Responsible for building and maintaining an efficient and effective dealer network through regular dealer contacts and effective communication in order to maximize sales and achieve planned market shares.
• To ensure effective implementation of company\'s sales operation system and policies in the context of sales & distribution of the Company products and services.
• Achieve territory volume & profit objectives for all products ranges through Vertical Growth and Horizontal Growth Methods.
• Analyze each retail outlet in terms of dealer competence, sales assessment & financial condition, market potential
• Responsible for doing sales analysis, arranging meeting with customers and do necessary survey as and when company demands.
• Responsible for customer relationships and service levels and outlets, in terms of order fulfillment, merchandising, in shop promos, frequency of service and complaints handling.
