Designing marketing plans that exhibit an understanding of target consumer, the lifetime value
models and tactics that will drive acquisition and retention

Generating new business by leveraging existing customer relationships, prospecting,
conducting competitive market analysis and market research

Handling key customers, receivables collection and developing sales and marketing strategies
to foster opportunities for new product sales

Supplying management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive
activities and potential for new products and services

Keeping abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive
activities, advertising and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature and
consulting with marketing and technical service areas

Contributing ideas on ways to resolve problems to better serve the customer and improve
productivity

Regularly engage with customers to benchmark performance, establish KPIs, provide best
practices and address issues
