Below is a quick snap shot of my professional career from my oldest role to the newest

1) Hired as Supervisor MIS and Reports by Cash Services- Transguard Group LLC (an Emirates Groups Security, Dubai) in August 2007.
2) Promoted to Assistant Manager Customer Services with in the 6 months on achieving prime targets.
3) Switched internally to a different department (MOS) under same umbrella as Business Support Manager (HR and admin).
4) Rotated to the Operations Manager ATM role to gain expertise in key aspects of any organization.

1) Operations Manager - Transguard Group LLC (ATM- Cash Services ) Nov 2012- June 2015
• Initially held responsible with a project of amalgamating ATM Store and Vault under one umbrella of ATM Support services to channelize their SOPs and processes.
• Taking care of ATM/ TT operations to make the billing through e- receipts.
• Maintaining ATM MIS and business analysis for the smooth compliance and improvement in operations.
• Handling overall replenishment/ call out operation covering around 3900+ ATM in Dubai and NE.
• Responsible for all kind of reports, MIS, C&B Analysis, PnL analysis, Strategic analysis etc for decision making by SMT.
• Responsible for Customer’s meeting in regards to new business, SLAs maintenance etc
• Running major and mini projects on behalf of ATM Cash department like Project e-checklist implementation, securing Test cash operation project, ATM Support services project, ATM store restoration and restructuring project etc.

2) Business Support Manager (HR & Administration)- Transguard Group LLC (Manpower & Outsource Solutions) Oct2010- Nov 2012
• Liaising with Corporate services, HR- regarding mobilization of new joiners, arrival details, visa processing and renewals, PP release and induction.
• Liaising with logistics regarding transportation and accommodation for redeployments of staff. Working closely with Finance department for recovery of payments from client after SOA reconciliation.
• Regular reporting of new joiners, re- joiners, over stayers, head count, accommodation status updates and resignations.
• Supporting group directors and Account managers on contractual operational requirements.
• Processing annual leaves, emergency leaves and troubleshooting with staff for more than 6500+.

3) Assistant Manager Customer Services &MIS Analyst – Transguard Group LLC (Cash Services Division) June 2008- Oct2010
• Leading a team of Customer services and MIS staff.
• Receiving general complaints as well as operational queries regarding cash shortages in different cash services departments; investigating them and duly response to the customer within agreed SLA.
• Developing customer services policies and procedure; carry out a quarterly customer feedback survey of around 900+ customers.
• Preparing and Maintaining Management Information Systems (MIS) for the whole division i.e., Reports and Returns, Statistical Analysis, Comparative Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, Budget Analysis, Cost and Benefit Analysis, ATM Cash Dispensation Trend analysis etc.

4) Assistant Manager Operations- Transguard Group LLC (ATM department) Jan 2008-June 2008
• Handled a project of taking over Emirates NBD ATMs (up to 600+ machines) from G4S.
• Planning, organizing and supporting ATM replenishment Operations on daily basis.
• Providing performance analysis/ assessments and reports on the basis of daily ATM operation.
• Assisting ATM Manager in all aspects of operations as well as of administration.
• Coordinating with Customers to understand their operational and weekly reports requirement.
• Supervising and ensuring that all staff adheres to the SOPs while carrying out the operation.

5) Reports and Returns (MIS) Officer –Transguard Group LLC (Cash Services Division) Aug 2007-Jan 2008
• Receiving reports from different departments and generate a divisional OPS report showing the operational activities of each department in a day i.e., No. of collections, deliveries, ATM replenishments, ATM call outs, No. of notes processed etc.
• Based on daily OPS report, prepare weekly/ monthly analysis to analyze departmental performance.
