概要

I am an industrial engineer with more than 1 year of experience in a manufacturing industry and having certification in Six Sigma Green belt. I have gained experience in the field of production management,inspection, quality control and quality assurance. Expertise in conducting receiving in process and final inspection for maintaining quality standards and Internal auditing for ISO 9001, ISO 14001.

In addition, during my role as a Quality engineer at Thal EngineeringI worked as a Process improvement engineer where I implemented Kaizen (Continuous Improvement), 5S and Poka yoke (mistake proofing), lead internal TS16949 shop audits. My main responsibilities were preparing and maintaining sop's and work instructions and all other quality management document,working on root cause analysis and implementing corrective and preventive actions,arrange weekly,monthly and quarterly cross functional meetings to address internal and external issues with the concern department.

All my assignments were presented to the senior management of these organizations in the form of monthly reports, data charts and project plans. This has strengthened my technical report writing and analytical skill which I can utilize to positively impact your organization. Moreover,since 2013 years I am working as free Lance technical report writer in a six sigma training consultancy.
