I worked as focal person for the Disaster and WASH related project/interventions nationwide, I always Ensure implementation of DRR and WASH projects as per the agreed proposals, work plan and budgets and conduct regular follow and support visits to the project sites to ensure the smooth& timely implementation of the projects . I ensure necessary technical support to the project staff for Project and done necessary follow up for ensuring necessary budget, human and material resources are made available to project team to implement the project. I do effective and efficient management of human & other resources under the Project and Worked closely with Program Managers Implementation, Coordinator MER, Managers Finance & Operations, HR and Executive Director for compliance with donor requirements and organization's policies in project implementation. During my career I, Analyze budget of different activities, monthly/quarterly forecast, and monthly/quarterly financial follow-up related to the project and provide necessary support to the finance section. I always Represent my Departments in all meetings with line departments, NNGOs and INGOs working at district and Provincial Level.
