Working as a Mechanical Engineer for QA Department of Air Conditioner Worked as a team leader for the project of In-house production of Injection molding parts of Indoor (meetings with Chinese for the training & inspection of these Molds). Worked as a team leader for the project of In-house production of Installation kit & Suction & Discharge pipes. Main Responsibilities: Projects cost estimating, project technical supervision, quality assurance, materials selection, approval procurement, transition planning and project close out documentation. To develop TQM culture and to implement on process. To develop and implement all kinds of process procedures and flowcharts. To prepare the SOPs for quality department. To reduce rejection and rework rate by keeping quality objectives/targets in mind. To identify areas of improvement and potential problems on production floor and plan for their proper solution. To make analysis on “Critical complaints feedback from market” and share their corrective action plans to related departments/supplier. To perform Air Conditioning tests in sample room for product cooling efficiency and design. To make cooling performance analysis of Haier products and compare with other brands. To provide process, product and fixed position layouts. To ensure the product standard. To assist Manager QA for daily, weekly and monthly tasks.
