I currently serve as an M&E Officer in the Orphan Support program. My responsibilities include collaborating in the development of the MEAL (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning) plan and Log Frame. I design M&E tools and conduct regular monitoring visits to assess the availability of orphan supplies, such as uniforms, books, and food packs. Additionally, I manage data collection, entry, cleaning, and analysis, culminating in the preparation of monitoring reports. I also oversee and participate in evaluation studies to ensure the program\'s effectiveness and impact.
