Facilitate the company to achieve its objectives by bringing a systematic, regimented approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management, Internal control, and Corporate governance processes.
• Evaluate Performance Improvement to prepare annual audit plan for risk-based audits and business monitoring.
• Conduct risk-based audits in more than 30 Branches and complete assigned consulting
projects.
• Obtain commitment to recommendations made in audit reports from concerned stakeholders.
• Perform follow up reviews from all branches on audit minutes and implementation of audit recommendations.
• Provide Hand full support to other departments regarding Standard Operating Procedures and policies.
• Perform Customer\'s market-based assignments.
• Conduct Accounts and Finance Audits liaison with Sales and Operations.
• Perform forensic investigations and other special engagements as assigned
Preparing, organizing and circulating schedule and working papers of Guarantee and insurance policies and Finance Management Meetings and the preparation of synopsis and minutes of meetings.
Ensure premium endorsement processing facilitating timely renewals of policies, guarantees and its implementations. Also, facilitate timely processing of Claim and Refunds.
Coordinate with under writer and Sales marketing team and management in implementing approved corrective and preventive measures to clean up and ensure risk-free accounting or management practices.
Coordinate with Operation staff for the identification of key areas of business reports.
Preparation of quarterly, Half-yearly and annual financial statements of the Company.
Assisting the Executive Director Company in organizing, preparing and circulating Memos and reports in General Meetings.
Oversee the Bookkeeping function including review of chart of accounts, trial balance scanning
To ensure adherence to management policies and directives in order to achieve efficiently and economically the organizations objectives
Preparation of tax planning and computation, and ensure timely compliance of Income Tax and Sindh Sales Tax on Services.
