To be responsible for keeping record of QMS related documents.
To coordinate ISO related meetings and take minutes of all such meetings.
To facilitate QMS, EMS & Lab Accreditation related internal and external audits.
Maintaining liaison with other departments regarding ISO related documentation.
To act as coordinator for ISO 9001, 14001 & 17025 certification/surveillance audit by auditing agency.
To establish, maintain and update all documents related to ISO 9001(QMS, EMS & Lab Accreditation).
Assisting in compilation of all documentation regarding 17025:2005, CE-Mark, WHO, cGMP and all other projects assigned by management.
To be responsible for compiling SOPs related to all functional departments of the company as per ISO 9001, 14001 & 1702 requirements.
Conducting follow up activities for ensuring that CA/PA are taken and desired goals are met to prevent the recurrence.
Any other job responsibility (ies) assigned by the Manager-MIS.
Manage and record all sales inquiries via CRM
Manage internal and external mail functions.
General support to sales team as required, travel cover etc.
Prepared weekly confidential sales report for presentation to management.
Scheduled client appointment and maintained up-to-date confidential client files.
Assist in production of sales and marketing literature and maintain literature store.
Produce clear and concise written correspondence in the form of letters and emails.
Responsible for day to day sales enquiries from distributors – part numbers, prices, literature, tender support, etc.
Monitor and record company petty expenses.
Prepare periodic reports of earnings, taxes, deductions and issues paychecks.
Ensure accuracy of approved timesheets; incentive and other special payroll deductions.
Preparation and processing of daily, weekly and monthly payroll for over 140 employees.
Preparation of bank transfer letter and cash disbursement of salaries to certain employees.
Arrange Group Life insurance, Health Insurance, Medical, travel and other expenses for staff. Preparation and distribution of detailed reports, e.g.
(Overtime, leave balances, head count, leaver & joiner, attendance analyses and retirement contribution)
Coordinate between payroll, human resources and other departments to ensure maintenance of employee data.
