概要

My over all continuous learning experience of 15 years revolves around activities related to Operational Administration Management, Facilities Management, Academic Program Management (Planning, Coordination, scheduling, Costing-Budgeting, Implementation, Evaluation further quality Improvement initiatives through setting quality indicators), Quality Management, Academics (Proposal Development for Higher Education Project, Masters of Science in Nursing and Member of College of Surgeons and Physicians Pakistan Trainee program), Human Resource Management (Recruitment, Selection, Promotions, Performance Appraisals, leave Administration and any other issues related to compensation and Benefit) Procurement, Health Care Management (Volume Analysis, Budget Variance Report Analysis, etc) and Student Financial Assistance and Systematization.

Moreover, I have played an active role in Joint Commission International Accreditation and ISO certification from my departmental perspective. Currently I have been certified for many courses from Insutitute of Health Improvement and certified as a JCIA auditer internally from AKU. I have been an observer in the Quality Audit 2013. I have administratively leaded inspection of Pakistan Nursing Council as a member of the inspection team for Masters of Science in Nursing Program Operational maters and currently leaded in Operational related maters of another inspection by College of Physician and Surgeons Pakistan for Member of College of Physicians and Surgeons program.

Its a pleasure to share that I am also one of the twenty four University wide nominated Change Agents / Lead Facilitator s whom are given the opportunity to support the University goal which is to attain the best work culture and working environment through following our values programme.

I am enthusiastic, result oriented, optimistic towards achieveing organizational goals with a high level of Integrity, ownership and dedicated to maintain high quality standards as per polices and procedures defined by the organization.

I hold a double Masters Degrees Master in Business Administration (3.467 GPA) from Hamdard University of Management Science with specialization in Human Resource Management and Master of Arts in Economics from Karachi University. Currently looking towards pursing Mphil in Education. I can Moreover be beneficial through also providing my services as a part time faculty for Undergraduate management student.
