Being in Shipping Liner Business, I have learned to negotiate, understand shipping in more depth. Understand the technicalities of shipping and commercial perspective, roles of different players in shipping industry, shipping anomalous situations & solutions.
 In this role, working on booking of FCL/LCL and break-bulk shipments and Correspond on daily basis with Shipper/Consignee/agents for timely and quality shipments deliverance.
 Negotiate on Freight, Charter parties and surveyors selection.
 Checking and Verification of B/Ls and relevant documentation and to calculate freight charges recoverable and payable.
 Maintenance of slot vessel movement data in Excel and prepare reports and budgets. Issue PNSC freight certificates.
 Preparing accounts for remittance and local charges for agents.

Offering shipping services for dry bulk cargoes like Grains, minerals and fertilizers etc from small Handy-size to Panamax volume being traded on a worldwide level around different regions of the world.
 Negotiate with ship brokers/owners around the world and maintain an update of the vessels/cargo available in different regions of the world.
 Evaluate the alternative vessels for a cargo and offer a competitive freight rate on per metric tons basis to the charterers.
 Negotiate with ship-owners and charterers on main term and charter party terms to make a fixture and operate on voyage.

Responsibilities include;
 Negotiating with Customers and supplier on buying selling activities and maintaining their databases.
 Manage inventory and analyze trend of raw material prices.
 Maintaining accounts with other business trading operations and present a report on MS Excel.
