Responsible for implementing Bank policies.
Developing and applying new strategies plans and managing travel expenditure budgets.
Prepared reports of cost allocations, financial data submissions, controls, accruals, business reports and covering letters for embassy/consulates.
Work with the senior management to ensure effective compliance procedure and fit-for-purpose information is delivered to enable clear and consistent decision-making process.

Flights and ground transportation, booking accommodations and handling any other trip-related tasks for Employees, Senior Management, Director’s & President’s.
Organize, manage & arrange all official corporate events, dinners, BOD meetings & protocols of senior management & foreign guest’s.

Provide services of travel arrangements to corporate clients like Novo Nordisk Pharma (Pvt.) Ltd, CITI Bank, Pakistan Petroleum LTD, Philip Morris Pakistan International & etc.
Successfully handling all the travel needs for e.g. planning trips, tickets, hotels, cruises, care hires, transfers, arranging seminars, business meetings and other facilitation services etc.
