I was hired initially as a Key Accounts Executive for the COD (Cash On Delivery) for Key Customers of TCS nationwide. After working in this relationship management role, i was transferred to look after corporate accounts of Banking sector operating nationwide. I am currently looking after account customers (Banks) all across Pakistan. The accounts are managed by complaint management system that comprises of customer queries regarding timely deliveries and other such matters of importance. The communication is maintained through e-mail, customer portal, calls (In-bound). Moreover, as a Key Accounts Executive, i remain in constant coordination with the Sales and Operations Department.

As a Marketing Executive, my job description included representing Ingenious tribe on various social media platforms as a differentiated Brand, increasing leads, followers and likes. I promoted the brand on Facebook, twitter and Linked In making use of Content Marketing. In addition to this, S.M.S. Marketing was also a part of the strategy. For their Web design and Web Development services, i had to bid on Freelancer.com and win IT projects that could lead to profit generation for the IT team. Maintaining a database of Existing customers and potential customers was also a part of my job description. I used e-mail marketing as a channel to introduce the company to other organizations.
