 Process and prepare company financial statements at month end and present to the Head of
Department.
 Financial Analysis of Monthly, Quarterly and Year End Financial Statements
 Optimum utilization of company funds.
 Liasioning with SECP, FBR and other stakeholders of the company and providing necessary
information required by them.
 Managing Projects feasibilities and reviewing the month end project reports.
 Preparing and reviewing documents for renewal of funded and non‐funded banking facilities.
 Facilitating employees on Insurance of Company owned vehicles given to employees.
 Ensuring adequacy of insured assets belonging to the Company.
 Review and adhere to department budgets.
 Facilitate auditors and ensure timely audits are performed.
 Presentation of information to HRSG for Payroll processing.
 Ensuring adherence to the organization’s financial policies and procedures.
 Answering question and providing assistance to stakeholders, customers, and clients as
needed.
 Attend finance department and company‐wide meetings, sometimes assisting with financial
reporting to managers and senior executives.
 Ensuring timely payments to vendors like insurance providers are made.
 Reviewing and managing bank correspondence like opening LC’s and management of
operational bank accounts of the company accounts.
