Considering Complains and Resolving 95% of Complains weekly basis.
Taking AMCs (Annual Maintenance Contracts) with respective clients and Renewals of Contracts.
Processing of Invoices, Purchase orders and Payment Plans for Vendors associated with repair and maintenance.
Weekly Reporting and meeting with Directors and CCMOs for updation and discussions.

Responsible for Managing Retail Projects for Outfitters and Ethnic
liasing between all stakeholders, related to Electrical, HVAC FireFighting Civil etc.
Leading the project on Given timeline and assurance of project completion in time.
Multitasking, Resolving problems, Communication, and arrangement are the part of Project management.
