CURRENT JOB DESCRIPTION:

1 - Perform routine calculations to produce analyses and reports as requested by the finance manager
2 - Help oversee and manage individual accounts
3 - Collect and enter data for various financial spreadsheets
4 - Making financial statements and reports, ensure all calculations and data entries are correct
5 - Collect information for and prepare payroll payments for employees
6 - Assist the finance manager in creating financial reports on a regular basis
7 - Answers question and provide assistance to stakeholders, customers, and clients as needed
8 - Attend finance department and company-wide meetings
9 - Suggest changes or improvements to increase accuracy, efficiency, and cost reductions

Roles and responsibilities:
• Collect and analyze data to detect deficient control, duplicate effort, fraud or non-compliance with laws and regulations.
• Report to management about assets utilization and audit results and recommend changes in operations and financial activities.
• Prepare detailed report on audit findings.
• Inspect accounts books and accounting systems for efficiency, effectiveness, and use of accepted accounting procedures to record transactions.
• Prepare the financial statements for internal and external purpose according the International accounting standards and International financial reporting standards.
• Analyze and review the financial statements.
• Plan and conduct the audit (final and interim) according to the International standards of auditing.
• Find deficiencies in companies financial reporting, accounting policies and corporate governance.
