Managing all HR Tasks i.e. Hiring, Firing of Staff (Teaching, Non Teaching), preparing payroll, attendance management etc.
Ensure development and execution of a comprehensive program of extracurricular activities.
Support the School Head in managing administrative affairs of the school and seek ways to improve organizational effectiveness.
Attend meetings with the School Principle and coordinate with parents at PTMs and regularly update them about their childs performance and reports.
Manage institute online Portal, respond all E-mails and other things to the Head Office.
Act as a conduit between the School Head, staff and students for the communication of information and concerns.
Provide assistance and input to the School Principle in the implementation and evaluation of the Institute Improvement Plan.
Organize the arrangements for new hires in the teaching/Non teaching cadre.
Participate in the recruitment and development of teaching and non-teaching staff.
Manage to deal effective coordination pertaining to teacher observations, staff welfare and student's development.
Monitor periodical tests and examination results.
Line management of all academic staff in designated section/domain and effective implementation of the Discipline Policy.
Performing typical HR-related duties e.g., Recruitment, Head Hunting, Job Posting
Process documentation and prepare reports
Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
Work closely with senior management.
