Solve problems regarding PLC

Star delta controlling and power circuit
Auto reverse forward controlling and power circuit.
Testing of Components
Apply strategy to reduce break down time
Supervising team of technicians
Follow Complaints and solve them to get machine back to production
Monitor and Execute timely maintenance of all electrical equipments
Ensure standby equipment is ready for emergency use
Distributing work among technicians
