Prepare & maintain Yearly Closing Accounts
Liaison with Chartered Accountant for Yearly Closing of Audited Accounts.

Responsibilities
Working as an A.M Accounts in Head office managing Accounts of SITE Unit Karachi Reported to C.F.O my key responsibilities include:
Stock / Inventory Valuation
Review Import recording doc, retirement etc.
Inter Company transaction & reconciliation.
Review Customer & Vendor A/C Reconciliation.
Review Bank reconciliation.
Review Aging A/C of debtor & creditor.
Review Export Realization
Product Costing & Stage wise Costing
Checking on P.O, GRPO of Raw Material / Dyes & Chemical / Import Purchase & Store Purchase also advising for improvements.
Review monthly salaries & compare with budget.
Checking monthly Sales Tax & Withholding Income Tax & Submit to Tax Department
Maintain and Compile Trial Balance
Prepare Monthly Profit & Loss Accounts.
Maintain Balance sheets.
Liaison with Chartered Accountant (Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu) for Group External Audit
