I have been working in social development sector since 2011,have the working and learning experience of differnt positions at different locations, currently I'm working as with an international organization MSF(Medicines Sans Frontiers) on research based project (Bending the curve) on Hepatitis-C at Karachi, supervising a big HP team that consists of nurses, health promoters and lay counsellors, the project has different researches in it, before that I have worked in other NGOs on WASH, COVID, and other health related issues on different responsibilities like Interim Health promotion manager, trainer, team leader, monitoring officer, documentation officer, MIS-officer, as a summary of my experiences I have worked on "Team supervision,monitoring and mentoring, develeopmemt of Health promotion strategies, plans,SOPs,Community Engagement/networking, report writing, report analysis etc.

District Monitoring and Documentation Officer
Project Associate/Team Leader

• Monitoring and mentoring team regarding activities for awareness of total sanitation,

• Compiling data to share with project manager,
• Developing different formats/tools for data collection,
• Capacity building of social Organizers regarding field activities.
• Capacity building of community resource persons for their activities in village level,

MIS officer

• Ensure that project MER activities are according to the plan
• Design and Implement monitoring and MIS for the project and carry out monitoring visits to verify the data
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative data analysis jointly with MEL team
• Support project team in designing and developing data collection tools.
• Conduct frequent data quality checks and to ensure accuracy of entered data and comparing it with the existing filing system to make sure all records are consistent and aligned
• Generate field monitoring reports on the prescribed format and upload the agreed action plan in MIS.
• Support in preparing monthly, quarterly and annual reports
