Project management, Technical Support, Organization international and external communications, Human Resource Management, Coordination with internal and external stake holders, Contract negotiations, Program horizontal and vertical linkages and mentor for program human resources. o Working with ministry of National Health Services, Regulation and Coordination in rolling out PMNHIP in 23 districts of Pakistan and providing access to needed health care to population living below poverty line. Ultimately contributing in improve in the living standards and reducing poverty in Pakistan. o Coordination with other safety net organization including Benazir Income Support Program (BISP), National Database and Regulation Authority (NADRA), Pakistan Bait Ul Mal (PBM), etc to improve the reach and access of the program. o Convene and coordinate with partners in organizing National Steering Committee and other technical committee meetings of PMNHIP. o working on developing implementation strategy for the program. o Working in close collaboration with provincial government and donor agencies to improve the reach of program to the beneficiaries.
