· Managing user access on different platforms
· Managing access rights as per valid business needs
· Managing access control policies i.e. account policy and password policy
· Revoke user access when required from network entity on timely basis
· Troubleshoot user issues and entertain Service Requests within defined SLA
· Escalate issues to vendor where necessary and ensure response within vendor SLA.
· Perform regular Single Sign On solution’s health checks, ensure platform 99% availability, verify connectivity with all
integrated IT & Telco NEs, support for timely integrations of new NEs with SSO and provide relevant teams/users access on SSO.
· Conduct SOX Compliance & external audits, periodic user access & user activities review of critical technical/business platforms.
· Admin/super-user credentials management in a secure manner and provide access to teams/vendor on activity basis.
· Coordination with IS Governance & Compliance Team for enforcement of ISMS policies and strictly ensuring organizational security policy compliance on all workstations and relevant systems.
· Routine operations related to user management of critical business applications.
· Ensure OSS, IDM and Single Sign On systems and databases backups.
· Review and revise SOPs/MOPs for ISMS Access Control as per best industry standards.
· Integration of new nodes and platforms with secure access solutions.

The two (02) main priorities are:
· Access /identity management.

9. Management of client end utilities VPN, voice and Data etc.
10. Configuration of LAN/WAN, PABX system, Video Conference systems
11. Relationship Management with internal and external clients

Objectives :
Ensure the security of the Engineering network by following best practices for network security design.

Responsibilities :
1. Analyze Engineering network designs from a security perspective.
2. Assist in the design and evaluation of new security solutions.
3. Develop and document procedures for access control and monitoring device and network access.
4. Assist in the development and documentation of security policy, standards, procedures and guidelines.
5. Develop and maintain documentation related to security issues.
6. Technical liaison with vendors and O&M to ensure delivery of effective security solutions.
7. Ensure effective logging on Unix and Windows systems (connections, users, commands).
8. Keep up to date with the latest security alerts, advisories and bulletins.
9. Ensure that best quality practices are followed in all areas of engineering network security.
10. Develop and produce reports on the security performance of the Engineering network.\\​
11. Analyze security reports and produce recommendations for improvement to established security practices and policies.
12. Maintain a database of engineering network security vulnerabilities.
13. Assist in the investigation of network security breaches.
14. Act as primary interface for matter related to IP/MPLS & Internet Core Network Security.
15. Audit & Optimization of all existing IP/MPLS & Internet related designs from Security aspect.
16. Audit of all existing IP/MPLS & Internet related implementation discrepancies & ensure only mandatory configurations are present.
17. Identify security issues and risks in network & develop mitigation plans
18. Act as a Security Inspector to analyse and approve all new IP/MPLS & Internet related solutions.
19. Develop and interpret security policies and procedures for IPCore and other user departments communication flow (enterprise, VAS, CS, PS etc.)

2. Online client dealings regarding timelines, and product delivery issues.
3. Research and Development structure was followed for the new emerging technologies in the web.
4. Web server basic configurations, SQL Report generations.
5. Advance level support in upgrade of the web systems.
6. Bug identifications and debugging of the bug.
