I am working as Mechanical Engineer at 12 MW cogenration thermal power plant, my on-the-job experience has afforded me a well-rounded skill set for maintenance, breakdown diagnostics & repair, including risk and failure analysis. As Project engineer, I excel at project management, creating documents and work packages for installation and commissioning project.Utilized efficient engineering techniques to put forward alternative energy resources for the world at National Development Complex Islamabad. Expedite the calculations and modeling of engineering projects utilizing software (PTC Creo 2.0 ,MATLAB & Simulink ANSYS, TRNSYS 17, Microsoft Office 2013)
As Mechanical Engineer at 12 MW Coal Fired Cogeneration Power Plant with 2*55 TPH 5.3MPa
CFB Boilers.
o Generated and implement preventive maintenance schedule and check sheet of equipment.
o Provided technically expertise for repair, including risk and failure analysis.
o Inspected, repaired and maintained heat exchangers, cooling towers, steam turbines, ESPs, compressor,
Boilers and water treatment plant and other auxiliaries
o Cooperate with Maintenance/Operation staff to reach reliability and solve problem.
o Improve MTBF of machine and equipment
o Developed spares & consumable lists of all the mechanical equipment & determine their minimum stock.
o Assisted HOD in preparation of annual spare parts budget
o Utilized SAP to manage in-house maintenance activities
o Ensured compliance with EHS requirements i.e. PPE’s, risk assessment, proper tool handling and permit
to work system, meeting EHS performance targets
o Alignment and installation of boiler, coal, slag, ash handling system.

Headed four members team to accomplish the project titled as “Design and Experimental Investigation of Solar Thermal Power Tower”
Presented whole model by the set of mathematical equations
Developed a program in MATLAB to check the performance of the plant under different parametric values
Simulated field incident solar power input to the fixed target using TRNSYS software
Executed the fabrication and erection of components i.e. central receiver, heliostat, piping etc.
Examined the model experimentally.
