*implement daily instructions to meet the production targets and take appropriate decisions in the event of plant emergency.
*Provide support, leadership, and direction to the shift crew regarding daily operational activities.
*Evaluate equipments and process to ensure compliance with PSM and environmental regulations.
*Supervised the commissioning activities of diesel hydrotreater plant with CNCEC/Hualu (China). Started with the pre-commissioning, installation of all process equipments , punch list, vendors’ inspection & diesel hydrotreator catalyst loading with CR-Asia(Singapore), leading to successful DCS start up in accordance with Honeywell UOP in 2017-18.
