<div><p>Conducts quality control monitoring by inspection, sampling and testing on delivered materials. ▪ Quality Control monitoring pavers, blocks &amp; tiles manufacturing plants. ▪ Tested Soil to determine the adequacy and strength of concrete, asphalt and steel foundations. ▪ Crusher Plant, Asphalt Plant, Concrete Batching Plant Quality Control as per Project specification &amp; ASTM &amp; BS standards. ▪ Managing Quality in Structures like Bridge, Buildings, super structures etc. ▪ Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications. ▪ Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials and plant. ▪ Ensures cleanliness, operates, and maintains laboratory equipment in good operating condition ▪ Performs the following field and laboratory tests for construction materials such as, ▪ Field Density Test using Sand Cone Method. ▪ Tiles, Pavers &amp; Blocks required testing ▪ Load testing of slabs, beams, bridges etc. ▪ Concrete lab test as per ASTM standard, AASHTO Standard, MES Standard ▪ Planning the work and efficiently organizing the Office and site facilities in orderto meet agreed deadlines preparing reports as required. ▪ Participates in the development and validation of processes, materials and products under the guidance of manager. ▪ Job duties include analysing materials and data, conducting tests, troubleshooting, monitoring performance, insuring quality control and creating documentation.</p></div>
