Job Description
Check the Bank Reconciliation statements on monthly basis.
Review expense reports and cash advances.
Prepare monthly account reconciliation analysis Manage electronic funds transfer.
Post and maintain accounting documents in the database Managed vendor accounts, generating Monthly on demand cheques.
Analyze and update the subcontractor files with agreements, and necessary tax requirements.
Preparation and input of month end journal vouchers.
Preparation of various reports for senior managers.
Check the Operational Advances Issued to Employees & Adjusted against Expenses.
Check the Rent Calculation & Monthly Rent Vouchers & payments
