Daily field visits and inform and advertised the training. Daily community session was conducted to the youth. After divertissement and community sessions we Conduct training with male/female both. And daily Arrange sessions for the training. Also checked daily attendance of the participants and conduct 5 hours sessions with the participants. Training was on Early childhood education (ECD) and training duration was 30 days. Also provided School Starting kit for those participants who established their own school/ECD centers after 30 days training. They enrolled 3 to 5 years children in their own centers. Our task was after the training is to visit the centers and Check the learning environment of the center, drinking water and health hygiene facilities for the students, students behaviour and use of school starting kit. Also checked the daily attendance of the children for the purpose of interest level of the students.

Conduct 3 months training daily and engaged the participants with 5 Hours. Training was on Social Educational Entrepreneurship. Age limit of the participants was 20 to above and after training they initiated their own primary school, ECD centres and Tuition Academy. In one year durition we trained 600 participants. 25% was male and 75 % was females. During the training many participants motivated very seriously and they initiated their own schools. After the conducted of successful training in the last we arranged the certificate awarding ceremony and provides to all students a certificate. After the training our Mobilizer team visit d their school annd provide a school starting Kit. Which is very helpful for initial stage of the school and supportd them. After the training we visited their schools and centers and checked the enrollment of the students, learning environment of the class and School and use of school starting Kit.
