• Reporting directly to the Global Head of It&Ops, I deliver clear and concise reports of client requirements, SOWs, scope changes, satisfaction and dissatisfaction of clients as well as keeping him abreast of all the critical matters that need to be seen to every day. This also includes getting all other team managers on board and communicating with them the Head\'s expectations while also managing the meetings with teams and clients on his behalf. This includes managing and driving Project Schedule, Risk and Issue Management, Scope Change Management. • Managing the project budget. ​Major responsibilities include review of requirements, specifications and technical design
documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback, along with creating detailed, comprehensive and
well-structured test plans and test cases. Additionally, I’m also required to estimate, prioritize, plan and
coordinate testing activities and to design, develop and execute automation scripts using a custom designed
automation tool. I also identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs and perform thorough regression
testing when bugs are resolved. Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet
client needs and liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system
requirements. Additionally, I monitor debugging process results and Investigate the causes of non-conforming
software and train users to implement solutions

Responsibilities include consulting with clients to identify, analyse, refine and document
business requirement. Furthermore, to assist with sales demos, consult with customers and sales to analyse and
understand functional requirements, objectives and desired features. Provide detailed business requirements
specification for developers, develop; co-ordinate and implement plans to test business and functional
processes and quality assurance testing. Define improvement opportunities in line with initiatives, financially
quantify, and raise strategic recommendations on how to reduce losses.
