Online Enrolment and registration of the candidates
Verify, analyze, and develop data received from schools
through online portal.
Coordinate with potential schools for examination centre and
visit them for feasibility.
Development of EPS (exam processing system) for post exam
activities, including, e-marking, scanning, Seeding and MCQ
reading.
Supervise and perform printing process of exam material.
Recruitment of exam staff and train them for examinations
throughout Pakistan.
Process and verify payments of exam staff
Inspection of newly affiliating schools and submit inspection
report
Education Officer
-Lead and Manage admissions Team.
-Correspond to ICMA Pakistan official and other offical related to project.
-Conduct career counselling sessions in different institutions.
-Design and implement admission calendar for each session.
-Any other task assigned by Department.
Sr. Examination Officer
Process of Result data.
Prepare reports related to enhancement of efficiency of Examination processes.
Preparation of Marksheets, Transcripts and other educational documents.
