Present Working experience: working with development sector since 2002 to till date . work with the main organization HANDS , TRDP ,NCHD ,the Asia foundation , in the sector of health , Education ,lively hood , Disaster risk management program , during the period most experience get from education project Tawana Pakistan project which was focused on girls education ,nutrition ,health , behavior change communication which is funded by government of Pakistan in 2002 to 2004 with organization( HANDS Health And Nutrition Development society ) after TRDP in the Education project funded by NHCD Minster y of education base line for enrollment enhancement in the govt schools and in the feeder schools in the Badin in the period of 2005 . work with the Asia foundation in the project of Social Mobilization for TB DOTS project . objective this project identification and mobilized vulnerable victims for treatment in DOTS project services in the period of 2006 to 2007 . HANDS rejoin start work in the project of social Mobilization for Micro Finance with the partnership of Khushhali bank . a project of Micro finance for agriculture , live stock management enterprise in the period 2008 t 2010. HANDS MISALI Project integrated development project which funded by govt of sindh2012 . M&CH project 2015 . currently working as District Executive Manger (DEM) from 2008 to 2016 continues. Eight year complete on this position and get five year services award form organization. DEM is over all supervisor and full authority of district programs Health ,Education , lively hood , Disaster risk management include finance and operation and logistic at district level .
The position is directly report to chief executive of organization and follows directly chief executive & GMs instruction in the context of program and organization policy.
The position is member of second top senior management forum of management committee of organization.

District Executive Manager
DEM is supervisor of all programs in clued finance and operation.
Develop annual implementation plan (AIP) yearly of project and program on the month base task of district office.
Develop the annual financial plan (budget) of all project and program of district office.
Develop field plan of Supervision and monitoring of all project and program.
Develop plan of office base and community base staff requirement and capacity building, training of staff and community base staff and community members .
Develop monthly district office report of all projects.
Conduct monthly progress report meeting and field base project and program review.
Attended the management committee meeting and present district office progress report of program ,finance ,operation on the monthly base
Develop relationship with district administration and line deportment of govt at district level.
Develop linkage and networking with other NGOs CBOs, Media and other civil society organization.
