概要

The computer has always fascinated me from the very beginning; I’ve always wondered what’s going on inside that big white box? How’s it going what it’s doing? What makes it do all the cool stuff? And various other such questions. My ambition was to understand and take control of internal working of that big white box. This aspiration motivated and derived me to study computer science and software engineering, and join the software industry to gain a hands-on experience.

I join any organization with a goal to increase my knowledge and organization’s productivity. I understand at times it may sound overly frank to state it, because rightfully organizations keep their stake before that of their employees. However, I believe that investment into employees will ultimately yield results for organizations. Under this pretext, it has been my habit, as a team lead and project manager, to ensure the empowerment and up-gradation of my team’s knowledge, skills, analytical and critical proficiency, and innovative aptitude.

A project may be a small step for the project sponsor, but most definitely a giant leap for the project manager!

I put forward four (4) years of experience on .NET Platform & Database Design.
When I say I can better serve your company I really mean it. With all the qualification that I have, i.e., Aptech Certified Computer Professional (ACCP) form APTECH this plus my hands-on experience on Microsoft, I will prove my above statement.

I take pleasure in working in team, individually as well; I believe I would excel the required quality output in the concerned area. I truly find Software development as a challenging and rewarding career. My concerned development background offers an advantage in better understanding and implementing the appropriate solutions to the problems.
