Major Responsibilities
• General accounting
• Consolidate, review, analyze and follow-up on fee outstanding and outstanding number of days
• Aging analysis of accounts receivables.
• Region compliance visit
• • HBL CMD collection reconciliations and entries
• Monthly cash collection pattern-entire AKES, P
• Setting region wise targets for account receivables number of days (yearly)
• Write-off of receivables and write back of liabilities (yearly)
• Reconciliation of advance fee balances between trial with database
• Maintained of financial assistance data base and reconciliations
• Correspond with the bank on matters related to account.
• Review bank reconciliation made by the units.
• Monitor Operations of the Aga khan Schools all over Punjab and Sindh.
• Record daily collections in relevant accounting software.
• Preparing aging of receivables against students and recommending solutions for reducing it.
• Working on Power BI and power query for efficient reporting to various non-financial stakeholders.

Major Responsibilities
• Supervise and look after overall financial management and Financial Reporting Matters
• Prepare receipt, payment and journal vouchers of the institution.
• Maintain petty cash record and computerize the data arising there from.
• Maintain records of advances given internal staff
• Prepare bank reconciliation statement on daily basis.
• Maintain fixed assets and prepare necessary schedules on need basis.
• Prepare, reconcile and analyze payroll of all the staff of institution on monthly basis.
• Assist Management in recruitment, maintenance of employees’ record, personal files and leave management system.
• Responsible for EOBI registration of the staff as per policy of the school and deposit the EOBI contribution of the school
through cheques on the monthly basis in the desired bank.
