Higher Education Commission, Pakistan implementation of IBM Business Process Management Project. The scope of the project is to provide automated solution to address the needs of HEC based on IBM Business Process Manager Product Suite. It is a complete process improvement solution that combines market-leading human-centric and integration-centric capabilities into a single, comprehensive platform. Project is comprised of 160 plus processes ranging from medium to high complexity covering various departments of HEC.

Worked on Ufone U payments implementation for Meezan Bank Project. The scope of the project is to integrate M-Commerce with Meezan Banks middleware offering payment and banking services on Mobile channel to Meezan Bank customers. In short the project seamlessly process and manage transaction flow for all participating vendors including 1Link's Core Banking/Utility Bill Payment Solutions, ITComplete's IVR, Inov8's UPayments, Avanza's Rendezvous, Temenos's T24 Core Banking System and Infotech's HSM Security System, Meezan bank DB.
