Accounts opening department: Assisted and interviewed customers explaining; accounts options and ensuring customer is informed about the account benefits. Helped customers fill out the application form and continue the process.
Sales Department: Assisted in selling bank products (credit cards and loans) and handled related issues.
Debit Card Department: Handled and helped in debit card and Atm related issues.
