- Proactively monitoring of issues of TP Core domain ( CS core, PS core, IP core, Cloud, HLR, LDI, STP, VAS, CBS, CRM)
- Providing remote technical assistance to field teams for hardware and software problems and ensure that field works are implemented without impacting the network health.

- Ensure notification of Fiber faults, ETTR and their impacts to concerned Vendor and management.
- Support vendor OFC Team for restoration of Fiber cut and rectification of alarms.
- Nationwide Transmission Network availability to identify the faults and KPI’s degradation factor for fiber loss report and schedule planned activities for affected sections to remove High section losses.
- Analysis of NWD TXN WO’s and send to relevant required approval for execution. - Monitoring and Escalation of BTS, NodeB, eNodeB, BSC and RNC level Alarms and strong follow up till restoration as per SOP.
- Monitoring of auto call and ensuring of escalation via auto call/manual call. - Coordination with OMO for rectification of faults.
- Escalation of outage on different level as per SOP and maintaining the record of all events.
- Traffic testing of BTS.
- External Alarms Monitoring and escalation of sites & transmission nodes.
- Providing BSC’s TRX parameters to concerned team for analysis.
- Timely locking and unlocking of network on PTA request.
- Reset, lock, unlock of BTS, RSL delete/recreate, site delete/recreate.
- Abis status and traffic check.
- Create PRC’s and swap channels to restore site operation.
Monitoring Network Stats like ACD, ASR, PDD, NER etc on Daily Basis using VOS3000.
- Executing Routing Plans and Executing route analysis.
- Routing of different clients and their testing.
- Monitoring minutely, hourly and daily stats using VOS3000.
- Identifying Issues on Routes like FAS, No RBT, Fake RBT, Dead Air, Fake answers, quality issues, high PDD, looping etc.
- Analyzing the performance of routes on the basis of defined quality (QOS) parameters.
- Identifying issues based on Sip Cause Codes (CC)
- H2H testing with clients and vendors with the help Of G711 and G729 codecs - Dealing with international carriers, making VoIP interconnects with them on SIP/H323 & troubleshooting of signaling traces.
- CDRS reconciliation for Interconnect testing.
- Managing the effective and cost-efficient routing of voice traffic over the IP network using SIP protocol.
