Quality Engineer
§ Preparation and submission of method statement and ITP. Conduct pre-inspections on site to check quality of work and compliance against general specifications prior to submission of work inspection request to Main Contractor/ Consultant.
§ Responsible for the day to day inspection activities. Raise internal SOR and NCR.
§ Responsible to coordinate with other trade contractors concerning any outstanding issues and other quality issues which requires immediate actions. Liaise with consultant for resolving any issue at site with regard to the quality of work. Monitor and resolve any NCR issued by main contractor or by consultants through coordination and implementation with disciplines involved.
§ Involved in testing and commissioning of Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Fighting and Water Supply System.
§ To ensure that all necessary records such as works inspection request, material inspection request, test report, calibration status of any equipment and other quality records are consistently in place.
§ Prepare the Method Statements, Material Submittals of approved make as per site requirements.
§ Maintaining the Logs for Work Status, Inspection Reports, Material Submittal, Non-Conformance Report, and Request for Information, Method Statements. Electrical Engineer
