Complaints, or comments as well as actions taken.
• Review insurance policies terms of determine whether a particular loss is covered by insurance
• Manage large amounts of outbound calls in a timely manner for Warid program.
• Follow communication script in handling different topics.
• Identify customer need, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and alternatives.
