Dolmen mall lahore is the dolmen group's latest shopping mall project in DHA lahore, where i am overseeing the project (MEP) activities starting from the stage of conceptualization to execution including feasibility & optimization, planning, pre-assessment & implementation.Responsibilities and dutiesReview and comment on conceptual schematic and detail design and relevant to mechanical specification.Review and comment on technical submittals.Evaluating mechanical specification for value engineering.Supervising contractor's installations and delivered materials on site, ensuring installations carried out in according to contract and approved shop drawings and project specification.Preparing Issuance of Non Conformance Reports (NCR) and attending site coordination, commissioning & quality issues with contractor.Monitor work progress at site.Dealing with scope, time, cost, schedule, quality, resource and risk associated with the project.Materials via Material Inspection Request (MIR) for all materials & equipment delivered on site by the contractor.Site inspections for mechanical services executed by the contractor/sub-contract work inspection Request (WIR) on daily basis. I worked as an Mechanical Engineer at Nishat Hotel and properties as well-known Nishat Emporium Mall and Hotel Lahore Pakistan. I managed the operation and maintenance activities of all mechanical equipments ( York water cooled Centrifugal chillers 600rt x 5 and 300rt x 2, LG Steam fired double effect absorption chillers 742rt x 2, Cooling towers, Pumps, Ahu's, Fcu's, Hvac air and water distribution system, firefighting system, plumbing system, Filternox, irrigation network system, RO plant, boilers etc). Total Refrigeration Plant capacity is 5100 RT

I Worked as Site Engineer at Nishat Emporium Mall Project Lahore from 05 April-2015 to 26 Nov 2016.

Responsibilities & Duties:
• Conducting daily construction meetings and assigned personal on site
• Ensured availability of the required material for the job.
• Prepared the execution plan for the site work like HVAC ducting, piping.
• Arranging Inspection with Consultant/client and getting Approvals.
• Lead the project teams and ensure effective coordination among all parties.
• Ensure full compliance with Project QA/QC plans.
• Ensuring project schedule is on track.

 SAUDI COMPANY FOR OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE:
I Worked as HVAC Engineer from 01-April 2012 to 20-August 2014 in Jeddah Saudi Arabia.
Work Place: Prince Abdullah Al Faisal sports stadium Jeddah Saudi Arabia (International standard swimming hall, sports hall and Gymnasium).

Responsibilities & Duties:
Making the daily job orders, prepare reports and fault reports. Plan, assign, inspect and supervise maintenance, repair and construction activities. Performed the preventive maintenance as per schedule.

Also working on centrifugal and reciprocating chillers (Trane, Carrier, York)
Package type units, AHUs, FCUs, cold storage plant and domestic split type AC, window type AC, Refrigerators and Ice makers.

 ELMEC INTERNATIONAL:
I Worked as Project Engineer at different projects in Bahria Town Lahore.
(12 Sep 2009 to 07 Feb 2012)

Responsibilities & Duties:-
• Prepared the execution plan for the site work.
• Ensured the quality of work according to as per standard and specifications.
• Daily assure the quality of duct work and pipe welding job.
• Arranging Inspection with Consultant/client and getting Approvals.
• Giving guidance to subcontractor for shop / as-built drawings.
• Successfully handover the project and maintain good relations with the clients.

I worked as service center supervisor at AC point and Four year hand on experience of Installation & Repairing of domestic & Commercial Refrigeration, Air Conditioning equipment.
