I have been working in the field of development sector for past around 10 years in the Pakistan. I have Master Degree in Human Rights and Democratisation from University of Sydney, Australia. I have also earned Master Degree in International Relations from Preston University, Islamabad. These advanced postgraduate programs allowed me to draw knowledge and skills of design, implementation and management of a variety of programs in the areas of human rights, education, climate change, humantarian, health and governance.
I am very adept in program implementation. Liaising with partners is strength of mine. In last ten years, I, independently and being a team member, has developed project planned, researched, designed, and implemented several development projects. In these projects I was involved in project activities i.e. Intensive coordination, communication, monitoring, implementation and management. I have strong knowledge of human rights monitoring mechanism, and I am fully aware of human rights instruments and mechanism.
I have wide range experience of project implementation. I have worked with number of organizations at senior level positions. I have excellent reporting writing skills and sound knowledge of monitoring and evaluation.
In addition, I have experience of working in diversity and multicultural environment, developed through working with international volunteers, trainers and resource person.
Designed of the performance indicators and monitoring tools to assess the performance of various projects/programs/activities carried out by the organization. Conducted regular monitoring visits of the projects/programs in consultation with the program staff. Prepared follow up plans to rectify the gaps in program implementation.
