Job Description and Prime Responsibilities as a TEAM LEADER:

 Proper utilization of equipment
 Ensure proper safety, security for men and material all the time
 Meet customer KPIs in the shift.
 Labour compliance on PPE requirement at dock.
 Accurate compilation of documents for all activities during the shift.
 Proper dock management including:

o Accurate pallet building as per stacking pattern.
o Removal of trash
o Accurate checking of receiving and dispatching of products.
o Labour management at dock
o Verification of product before shipping / receiving by Team Leader.

 To achieve receiving and shipment targets.
 Accuracy of receiving, picking and put away.
 Accurate investigation of customer complaint.
 Ensure stock accuracy all the time.
 Maintain proper housekeeping of racking and aisle completely.
 Conduct counseling session with individuals in each quarter.
 Provide on job training to his team.
 Sub mission timely reports.
 Ensures that no Expire Stock is delivered to the customer
 Achieving benchmarking levels and meeting agreed deadlines. Completion of Task in time.
 Adherent to HSE guidelines.
 Ensure HSSE compliance by implementing defined SOPs.
 Timely reporting of injuries/accidents.

Authorities as a TEAM LEADER:

 Review and assigns the delegated tasks for the day to the warehousemen and Contract Labors.
 Sanctions leave, issues violations and recommend disciplinary actions for his team.
 Counseling of staffs who are directly reporting to him.
 Stop activities on the order of Management until further instructions.


As Quality Assurance Officer (June 2012 to Jan 2013)
Job Description and Responsibilities:

 Daily Site Walks and accurately raising of Quality Alerts and incidents.
 Accurate and timely preparation of all relevant records
 Accurate investigation reports and root cause analysis for positive customer complaints.
 Timely provision of training, coaching, and development of warehousing staff.
 Proper collecting, updating, understanding, communicating and maintenance of external documents.
 Safety, Security, Pest Control & Sanitation monitoring and resolving.
 Daily checking of documents and report to immediate supervisor.
