I have a degree in Electrical Engineering and a great understanding of Electrical Networks.
I have diversified experience of 5 years working in Colony Textile on a 132 KV Grid station on Manga Raiwind Lahore. It has a total load of 10 MW. Grid is also synchronized with 9 MW power plant. Grid station consists of one Siemen's 10/13 MVA power transformer. one 4000 KVA and four 2500 KVA distribution transformers. Power plant consists of PLC based gas engines of Waukesha with 10 synchronous alternators of Leroy Somer LS each having capacity of 1125 KVA. 10 HRSGs of Vulture also installed which produces steam for production purposes upto 5 ton/h. HVAC system consists of three chillers and 6*300 KW ACs having control system of LUWA. Air compression system comprises 7*522 KW Cooper Turbo Air compressors of Cameron. It has 419 TOYOTA 710 airjet looms along with 4 sizing machines of BEN SIZETECH and 6 Warping machines of BEN.
Responsibilities:
Troubleshooting and maintenance of looms and back process.
Transmission and Distribution of Electricity.
Switchgear control and protection.
Load Flow, Maintaining system voltages , Synchronizing plant with Grid station.
Dehydration of transformers and DGA tests.
Switch yard maintenance , Design single line diagram.
Preventive Maintenance and forced maintenance of all electrical machinery , transformers & Gensets.
Maintenance, Inspection of control panels.
Study and analyze the routine activities and faults in order to improve plant performance.
Troubleshooting of All machinery concerning electrical department.
Replenish Electrolyte in batteries, maintain gravity in it and oil in transformers.
Record reading from charts, meters and gauges t established intervals and take corrective steps as necessary.

It was a 2 month Internship program offered at Pakistan Institute of Nuclear Sciences and technology Nilore, Islamabad Pakistan. I worked there in Instrumentation and Control lab which were setup to facilitate the Control System of Nuclear Plant. I also visited Nuclear Plant during my internship and came to know how actually it does work.
