Responsible for all Office Management & HR functions;
▪ Serving as a link between management & employees by handling questions, interpreting
and Administering contracts, & helping resolve work related problems to foster positive
environment,
▪ Responding to employees issues and questions in a timely manner,
▪ Identifying staff vacancies & managing recruitment and selection process,
▪ Reporting to management and providing decision support through HR metrics,

▪ Preparing all HR Letters including Appointment, Promotion, Resignation Acceptance,
Termination & Appraisal Letters,
▪ Supporting current & future business needs through development, engagement &

- Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel etc, to produce correspondence and documents and to maintain records, spreadsheets and databases;
-Booking rooms and conference facilities;
- Maintaining and updating Clients/Partners profiles in internal databases;
- Managing Petty Cash budgets, as well as invoicing;
- liaising with staff in Working departments and with external Vendors;
- Ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment;
- Sorting and distributing incoming post and organizing and sending outgoing post;
- Arranging travel and accommodation for staff or clients and other external contacts;
- Liaising with colleagues and external contacts to book travel and accommodation;
- Organizing and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information;
- Photocopying and printing various documents, sometimes on behalf of other colleagues;
- Helping Recruiting, training and supervising junior staff and delegating work as required;
- Assisting in in-house and external events
- Assisting CEO & Directors
- Travel Arrangements for Bosses & Staff as required
- Play a supportive role in Organization Development and recreational initiatives
- Organize office operations and procedures
- Monitor and record long distance phone calls
- Control correspondences
- Schedule appointments and maintain and update appointment calendars.
- Maintaining the condition of the office and arranging for necessary repairs
- Greet persons entering establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations.
