 Conducted 3G Drive Tests measurements for coverage and quality of service for WCDMA HSUPA/HSDPA.  Performed detailed analysis of Drive Test Logs.  Cluster and Network optimization by detailed analysis of Call Events, PS throughput, RSCP and Ec/No plots.  Prepared Site and Cluster Optimization report.  Conducted drive test verification to check coverage extent, call quality, sectorization and interRAT system handover performance of newly integrated sites.  Resolved Issues of SIR and Pilot Pollution.  Prepared Site and Cluster Optimization report.  Pre lunched optimization.  Performed optimization for WCDMA HSDPA/HSUPA 3G network in Multan (South Pakistan) in order to achieve the KPIs in network level.  Customer complaint resolution. Visited customer place and solve their problems regarding Pilot Pollution HSDPA/HSUPA throughput.  Performed Pre cluster, Post Cluster drives and examine performance of network, coverage and quality issues, interferences, co-BCCH and call blocking issues. Prepare report on problems of each cluster  Performed SSV (single site verification) and examine performance of network, coverage and quality issues, interferences, co-BCCH and call blocking issues. Prepare report on problems of each SSV  Checked and resolved crossed feeder issue(both partial and full swap) in sites  EDGE Testing, GPRS Testing Connection Stability, FTP Downloading, GPRS Testing and check over RLC Throughput (downlink & uplink).  Identifying different network problems like drop call, handover failure etc.  Performed Neighbor Audits, removing frequency clashes (Co-BCCH, MAIO, and Fixed Frequency TRXs).  Performed Indoor surveys & re-homing activities.  Customer complaint resolution.
