Practiced in the management and implementation of socio-economic development, gender development, gender justice health, capacity building and technical assistance projects supported by various donors INGOs NGOs and government sector.
Organisational development and capacity building- Experienced in the assessment, design and implementation of institution and capacity building activities. Also in the assessment of organisational and institutional capacity and in the preparation of HR guidelines, financial policies, project implementation strategies and business development recommendations primarily in the not for profit and public sectors.
