Currently I am working as Assistant Manager in IT department of Zameen Media Pvt Ltd (zameen.com) Rawalpindi. My job include, management of all network devices including, Routers, switches, access points, and servers. Providing all kinds of technical support related to printers, attendance machines, desktops (PC), laptops, TV screens and mobile devices. Remote Network and system support. Work with IT teams in other offices to deploy and troubleshoot the system application. Work with the management to develop deployment specifications and configurations. Documentation of all the equipment purchased, issued to the users, backup etc. Coordinate with vendors for internet, CCTV etc. Installation and troubleshooting.

I was responsible for maintaining computing environment by identifying network requirements; installing /
upgrading network servers; monitoring network performance. Install, configure, and support company’s local
area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), and Internet system or a segment of a network system
(Domain / Email). Maintenance of the computer desktop environment by analyzing
requirements, resolving problems, installing hardware and software solutions, and supporting the
internal IT Help-desk. Monitor network to ensure network availability to all system users and perform
necessary maintenance to support network availability. Coordinate with IT-Staff.

This was project based job. I was working on a R&D project with a team. My part mostly included the
programing on STM32 controllers and Testing of the hardware.
