• Supervise all accounting/financial transactions of the company independently.
• Maintaining complete books of accounts.
• Control accounting software, chart of accounts.
• Conversion manual Books of accounts into computerized accounting system.
• Redesigning and implementation of internal control.
• Provide guidance to subordinates when needed.
• Deals with social security & EOBI.
• Prepare all relevant records for income tax audit & sales tax audit.
• Withholding statements u/s 165 and u/s 149 through e-filing.
• Submission of Income Tax & Sales Tax Returns monthly & annually.
• Calculation of sales tax payable as monthly and advance income tax as
annually.
• Timely response to tax notices received by FBR.
• Prepare all relevant records demand by tax authorities (FBR) for income tax &
sales tax audit.
• Submition of Form 29 and Form A etc.
• Preparation of monthly cash budget and variance analysis reports.
• Monitoring and follow-up of invoicing, payment to suppliers, service providers
& receivables.
• Management accounts (Balance Sheet & Profit & Loss A/C) as monthly,
quarterly, half yearly and yearly.
• Payrolls of head office and factory & company’s petty cash transactions.
• Preparation of projected accounts and submission of documents to financial
institutions for the approval of new,renewal or enhancement of credit
facilities as short or long term.
• Handle Import & Export as Letter of credit (LC), Contract and preparing all
relevant documents and conversation with clearing agent and other parties
from opening to maturing and calculation of cost per unit.
• Control all Banking Facilities funding & non funding as CF, RF, FIM, FATR & LC,s .
• Lease,Insurance.
• Coordination with internal auditors and external auditors.
• Preparation of Financial Statements.
