Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries. Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions. Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges.
• Respond to orders and business inquiries
• Order confirmation via calls, emails, WhatsApp, live chat and other forums • Send confirmation details to customer via
email and text messages.
• Making consignee notes for delivery process and tracking as well.
• Right after the confirmation doing booking for logistics for further process/delivery.
• Email coordination with vendors and logistics partners.
