SHORT INTRODUCTION: Mr. Hafeez-Rehman Narejo is a young and energetic social development professional working since 2010 in development sector particularly in Rural areas of Sindh. His area of expertise includes School Teaching & Administration, Team management, Bank Loaning, Social Mobilization and Community Development and Data collection through different projects He has worked with different National & International organizations at different locations including Oxfam GB Sukkur & Hyderabad, SAP-Pakistan Hyd, RWF Mirpur Khas, MERLIN Thatta, and TRDP Dadu Sindh. He has also experience in Computer Skills Ms Office Software, MIS, FIS data base management & do work with both genders. Identification of new home-based businesses/enterprises in target communities.
Conduct the mobilization sessions and training in the field.
Ensure active community support for the project activities and ownership.
Facilitation in the community groups’ formation, record keeping, weekly meetings and training/ capacity building of the community group members, if needed.
Prepare field reports on a timely basis.
Maintain and manage record of all field related documents in hard and soft forms.
Support PM and project team in the mapping, identification, and selection of the beneficiaries in target districts as per agreed mechanism.
Data collection, management, and field reporting on a regular basis.
Work closely with the Project Team members to ensure that all activities are executed in a coordinated and timely manner.
